Shipping Policies
You will receive a shipping notice when your order is shipped.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We ship orders Monday through Friday.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 week. Occasionally, materials shortages beyond our control may delay processing and shipping.
During busy times your order may be delayed.
Each order is identified by an order number and is shipped as a single order. Separate orders to the same customer get separate order numbers and thus are shipped separately. If we notice that a customer has multiple orders going to the same address we may combine the orders for shipping but this service is not guaranteed.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Shipments returned to us due to a mailing address problem will not be reshipped without a payment to cover the replacement shipping cost.
If you think that your order has been lost in shipping, please contact the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) first. If they can't resolve the problem, contact us at info@janetscraftcorner.com.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
