When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship out within 1 week. During busy times there may be an additional delay as we process each order in the order it was received. Material and supply disruptions beyond our control may also cause delay. Please see our Shipping Policies <<link>> for more information.
What if my order is missing pieces?
Please send us a photo of all of the parts you received, along with your name and order number, to info@janetscraftcorner.com. We will ship to you any missing pieces.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, reshipments, or credits. All sales are final. Please see your Refund Policies <<link>> for more information.
How do I ask questions about a product or order?

Do you ship to addresses outside the USA?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
